Conservative Candidate for Prittlewell Ward Southend-on-Sea Borough Council Elections 3rd May 2012 |

|
Sue is now standing to become a councillor on Southend Council for Prittlewell Ward. She is so very keen to serve the people of Southend and Prittlewell Ward; something she has sought after for some time and the Prittlewell committee are delighted that she has been appointed to that position. As an accountant she brings a financial ‘head’ to the table and coupling that with her long standing association with Southend and her desire to serve she makes the ideal candidate for Prittlewell Ward. We are living in difficult times with Ł70 million having been cut from our revenue budget over the last seven years. This has been done without dramatic decreases in services but in future there is no doubt that even more difficult decisions will have to be made. Having Sue’s professional expertise must help to ensure that such decisions are sensible and ensure that the best is made of the resources available. Her talents are sure to be an asset in council and so that this can be realised we need you all to vote for Sue in the upcoming election in May 2012. |
